Studytrip.com is part of Go! Go! World, with headquarters in Tokyo (Japan) and Seoul (South Korea). It has a team of 50 people from 20 different countries that helps 1500 students every year.

We look after you every step of the way
Multilingual support
We have our own highly knowledgable, multilingual, local staff who act as your guide, translator, and general support for your trip, ensuring you have the best possible experience. In our offices we have staff that can speak 12 different languages, so we will be able to support you in your own language.
Insurance
As part of the Japan Study Trip package, you have comprehensive travel insurance for the full extent of the trip. You can see all the details here, or contact us directly for any questions. COVID-19 is going to be covered the same as any new eligible illness that occurred after the effective start date of the participant's policy. If you are travelling to Korea and need treatment there you will be able to access medical assistance with the cost covered by the Korean government.
Flexibility
Don't worry, we've got your back. If you book your Study Trip and then later need to delay as a result of the Coronavirus, you can move to a later trip within 1 year!

What if I want to cancel my trip?
To support travellers and provide more flexibility, we amended our cancellation and refund policy. You can see the latest version here. We understand that committing to a Study Trip during these uncertain times may seem difficult. However, we want to reassure you, that if you book a trip and you need to change it you'll be able to. We will gladly move your booked Study Trip to another one up to 1 year away. Contact us here below for more information.
What happens if I can't travel due to the impact of the virus in my country?
We understand that the situation is changing on a daily basis and if you've already booked one of our trips but are unable to participate in the trip you originally selected, you can change your Study Trip to one up to a year later. Contact us here below for more information.
What happens if I need assistance during my trip in Japan/Korea?
Our staff will support you during the whole trip. If you have doubts, need information, help or support, you just have to ask, and we will be more than happy to help. We have local offices with staff that can support you, help you with translations and give you useful information. Our teams in Tokyo and Seoul are always here to help our students and we will coordinate with our partner language schools and accommodation providers to make sure you have the best experience possible.
