10 years of supporting students safely
We’re more than just a company. We’re a group of dedicated ex-students with one clear goal in mind: helping new students from all around the world achieve their life-changing experience abroad in a safe and reliable environment. Studytrip.com is part of Go! Go! World, with headquarters in Tokyo (Japan) and Seoul (South Korea). It has a team of 50 people from 20 different countries that helps 1500 students every year.
The safety and enjoyment of our students is our number one priority. That's why there is something we want to tell you.
We look after you every step of the way
We have our own highly knowledgable, multilingual, local staff who act as your guide, translator, and general support for your trip, ensuring you have the best possible experience. In our offices we have staff that can speak 12 different languages, so we will be able to support you in your own language.
As part of the Japan Study Trip package, you have comprehensive travel insurance for the full extent of the trip. You can see all the details here, or contact us directly for any questions. COVID-19 is going to be covered the same as any new eligible illness that occurred after the effective start date of the participant's policy. If you are travelling to Korea and need treatment there you will be able to access medical assistance with the cost covered by the Korean government.
Don't worry, we've got your back. If you book your Study Trip and then later need to delay as a result of the Coronavirus, you can move to a later trip within 1 year!
