2009-2010

The Beginning of Go! Go! World & Studytrip.com

The Go! Go! World story begins when founders Davide and John, who met while attending a Japanese language school, recognized the challenges of moving abroad for education.

They developed a service to simplify the process, and in 2010, Go! Go! Nihon officially launches with support in Italian, Swedish, and English. The response is overwhelmingly positive, and the first long-term students begin their journey to Japan.

Expanding Reach and Languages

As demand grows, Go! Go! Nihon expands its reach, adding French and German language support to help more students worldwide.

By this year, the company reaches a major milestone—1,000 students have successfully moved to Japan to study through its services.

Going Global

Go! Go! World expands beyond Japan, launching Go! Go! Hanguk in South Korea and Go! Go! España in Spain. Growth accelerates, and by 2019, the company celebrates its 10th anniversary, having helped nearly 10,000 students study abroad.

Expansion continues in 2023 with Go! Go! France and Go! Go! Italia, making study abroad in France and Italy more accessible. The launch of SchoolsinJapan.com also offers new opportunities for students pursuing long-term education in Japan.

Celebrating 15 Years of Success

Go! Go! World marks a major milestone celebrating 15 years of transforming lives through study abroad. Almost 19,000 students have studied abroad with our support, and over 3,300 students have begun their language journey through online courses.

We also host our first global B2B study event in Tokyo, bringing together international partners to share insights and expand opportunities for students worldwide.

When the CEO of Go! Go! World Davide first moved to Japan in 2008 to study Japanese it was extremely difficult for him to choose the right language school, and accommodation and he believed things should be different. He’s made it the Go! Go! World mission to make it as easy as possible to help students live and study abroad, working only with the best partners to allow them to achieve this dream.

Fede first moved to Japan in 2010 using the Go! Go! Nihon service! He now manages all of the Go! Go! Nihon operations, leading a team of 49 staff from 23 countries, with the goal to make living and studying in Japan an opportunity for as many people as possible.

Go! Go! Hanguk Country manager

Eddy has the Go! Go! Hanguk team since we launched into the Korean market in 2016. He now has a team of 10 people, from 9 countries, that have helped more than 1,800 people live their dream to study in Korea.

After completing his own study abroad experience in Japan, Luis a native of Madrid, was the natural choice to help us expand the Go! Go! World business into the Spanish-speaking market, growing it into the number one agency for students from Korea who want to live & Study in Spain.

Andra grew up in Italy and moved to Japan in 2015 to embark on her own study abroad experience. She joined the Go! Go! World team shortly after arriving in Japan and has assisted thousands of students to achieve their dream of living and studying abroad. Today, she leads all operations for Go! Go! Italia.

Julien Bonaventure

GO! GO! FRANCE COUNTRY MANAGER

After growing up in France, Julien completed a study abroad program in Japan and his passion for studying abroad was born. He joined our team in 2020 and helped support students for Go! Go! Nihon with their language and post secondary education goals for over 3 years. Now, he oversees all of the Go! Go! France operations.

Go! Go! Nihon Study Trip Programs Lead

Crystal first came to Japan in 2012 to teach English and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the culture and the transformative power of studying abroad. After spending a decade in the educational travel industry, she returned to Japan to join Go! Go! Nihon, where she now helps students from around the world immerse themselves in Japanese language and culture.
