Digital Marketing Coordinator

GoGo World have recently launched We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Coordinator for the new brand. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Manager, they will help establish and maintain this new brand as well as have a significant impact on the growth of this product.
This role offers a great opportunity to someone looking to make a significant impact on a brands visibility and help to define this product for a global market. The role will be cross-departmental.


  • Manage the implementation of the marketing strategy across all B2C channels
  • Ensure B2B and B2C strategies are coordinated
  • Review analytics and feedback into strategy
  • Define and develop product message
  • Work with marketing manager to define budget spend for marketing.


  • Content creation for SNS, website and other marketing materials
  • Create video content (desirable)
  • Produce infographics (desirable)
  • Maintain and implement editorial schedules for all SNS, Blog and NL
  • Budget preparation
  • Analytics monitoring


  • Understanding and experience of SNS
  • Knowledge of internet marketing and SEO
  • Goal-oriented approach to strategy
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational, time management and follow-up skills

Languages required

  • English: native
  • Other languages useful but not necessary

Terms of the BAITO (Part-time Job)

The position is part-time at the office in Higashi-Shinjuku in Tokyo.

Working hours: 3-4 hours/day; 5 days/week

Compensation: ¥1100/hour

Transports are covered up to ¥30,000/month

Potential full-time position is available depending on performance
